Walk a block to TWU on Locust St and 1 mile to the University of North Texas. Location is close to the Square, and walking distance to Pharmacy & Grocery Store, and Starbucks. The Place has nice hardwood like floors and a jack and jill style bathroom with tub/shower. You would end up having 2 roomies, and share a nice kitchen. We are finishing up a remodel and you can choose which pattern of tin ceiling that you prefer. You would have one roomie named Noah, he is really laid back into music.
